There is a massive work load that we're all working through at the moment which is holding some parts back.

Ticket numbers are now more or less under control so this should free some time up to cover other parts of support now too.

Hi, my character lost all of his armor, weapons and jewelry. I did not trade anything or believe that I helped someone hack my account. Anyone have this happen and how do I get my stuff back? I e-mailed support, not sure how long it will take though. Character name is Level10000000
