So support you say that i didnt have the items but i traded to someone right? Please tell me what was traded and to whom it was traded. Dont tell me you cant say the name of character. I have many alts. Im telling you, i may have given my alts, but i will never sell them. Or give to other people my blue coven hat. Its was in my account before update. After update its missing. It maybe a small issue for you, but even if i have all the gold in the server, nobody is selling that hat anymore!!!! Blue coven hat

Hi Shannon.
The new engine update did not change any character's stats or items in anyway. What items you had before the update is exactly the same after.
As I said to you via your support tickets the items that you claim to have lost are not on any of your accounts and if they have been traded to other characters we unfortunately cannot retrieve them.
Keeping track of items is the responsibility of the player. We help as much as we can if you drop/sell or lose items but in this case I'm afraid there is nothing further we can do to help
