Account loss

Hi, some of you may know me as Emerna I solely played on Sulis, I haven't played since 2012 and here we are, 2015. I thought today I would log in and I cannot for the life of me remember my Username or password, I remember having to ask for a different password because my email that I have for that account was hacked into and after it was hacked I switched emails, I can still get on it but I thought maybe I could look for that email I received a long time ago telling me my user and pass, and I can't is there any way possible for me to get that account back, I have the email to that account but I don't remember anything else. Please someone notify me if not I'll most likely leave again because I really do not want to start over. Thank you.

Hello and welcome back!
The best way to try and regain your account would be to contact the support team at
[email protected].
Provide them with as much detail about your account as possible, for example:
*Username
*Names of characters on the account
*Rough date of creation
*Platinum purchased
Ect.
The more information you provide the better.
PLEASE DO NOT POST ANY ACCOUNT INFORMATION ON THE FORUMS.

Hi,
Both the support and appeals team aim to answer all emails by Friday of each week. This can vary though depending on the work load that we are currently dealing with.

Someone hacked my Account, took everything and deleted the character. I wrote to support and got the character back but I still dont have the items on it. I am very desperate about it because i am playing this game over 3 years already and i spent over 12k plat. I am scared to tell info about the character on this Chat. How can I pm you morgana?

how do you know people took everything from your account and deleted it?

Because I logged in with my info, but my Account was empty, my character was deleted. I wrote to support and they gave my character back but I still dont have my lux items on it.
What a waste, i spent 300€ for a empty character with no luxury. I wasted 3 years of my life for this. And otm doesn't want to give my items back! I didnt trade anyone and gave my items. Someone had luck and found out my info!
