Fast Travel Crashes.

Several FAQ's for common issues, my bum. This support thread is so badly organised! Pin common issues to the top please. Yes I know it might be embarrassing for you but we need to be able to browse through the main bugs.
My bug? Almost every time I fast travel to either Fingals Cave or Lirs Reach, I crash. It takes up to an hour of logging in, crashing, logging in, crashing, before I can actually get to play. It's tedious and infuriatingly annoying. And it makes grouping quests next to impossible. These aren't the only locations but they are by far the worst. I've tried using Greenify to suppress all other memory intensive processes but it doesn't help.
Using an up to date build of Paranoid OTC KitKat on a rooted Samsung Galaxy S3, European.
Server Lir.
Tested on a non-root official Jellybean too. Same thing.
Incidentally, this is a suburb game and immensely enjoyable. Best MMO I've played yet. I've bought Platinum and will buy more regardless of these minor issues. A little feedback from the Android Dev team would be appreciated though.

Gee thanks for all of that input, Android dev guys. That really helps. Does anyone from One Thumb even check these forums? Seriously, all I wanted was an acknowledgement. This is supposed to be the official bug thread you know.
> Ping-ponged back and forth between in-game support and this forum - check.
> Negative review on App Store - check.
> Spamming Google with constant crash reports - check.
> Disappointment and frustration - check.
Still a great game, but your customer service REALLY sucks the big one. Get a grip, One Thumb Mobile.

I do understand what you're saying. This is an excellent game, and I agree that One Thumb are to be congratulated for all their hard work. Yet there is no excuse for poor customer service. None. When I spend money on the product, I don't appreciate being ignored and disregarded.
Even a stock response saying; Yes we know this is a legitimate bug and not a problem with your device, this would have been satisfactory. One Thumb is a trading company and has to maintain basic communication with their customers. Not doing this creates disgruntled customers. That's the bottom line here.
For the benefit of future readers, it appears that there is a crashing bug in all of the large locations in this game. Across the board.
All I know is that if I had rolled a game out onto the marketplace with a bug of such extremity, I would have had the decency to pin a thread about it in the official support forum.

I agree they have to work on this I'm sure they are working really hard and ik how annoying it can be when you don't get a quick response but they are on different time zones

Unless they're on Jupiter I don't think a four day delay is a time-zone issue. Lol. I appreciate your comments Desmond. Don't be reading anger into my previous posts. This is not the case. I just believe in speaking up when I feel that I'm being unfairly treated.
Besides, I've just noticed that this isn't apparently the official bug thread at all. I've posted in the wrong place.

No wonder the Devs didn't see it.
In my defense it was probably the title of "several FAQs with common support issues" that threw me off. Coupled with the fact that the actual bug thread itself is hidden when you aren't logged in to the forum.
