Lux items stacking regen.

I noticed that the regen bracelets from carrowmore are not adding a regen icon when equipped with a Yule lux bracer. Some think that even though items aren't showing the regen icons that they are still stacking regen. I would like to know if they are or not so no one wastes a slot or gold anymore. Thank you.
