My Platinum Issue

I have posted a picture of my receipt from the App Store of my purchase of the 99.99 play bundle that I haven't got yet and tried all the suggestions that the Platinum Issue if I could talk to an admin about my issue I would really appreciate it.

Just contact apple they will give you a full refund and then when the bugs get fixed for the plat issues (a few people have this problem) spend the money again to get your plat or just contact OTM and see if try can add it to your account

Just follow et steps on the link and if that doesn't work go into the game on your character and go to the support option and explain what happened if they can't do anything i highly suggest you contact apple I'll find a link soon
