Hi.
At the moment the game runs seperately on iOS and Android, so unfortunately you can't access an iOS character on an Android device and vice versa.

No scheduled release-- If it's that important to play on an ios server I recommend picking up a cheap ios device ipad minis can be picked up under $200 all the time on ebay
