Account hacked (don't shared password)

Hi, my account got hacked and i don't shared my password. I had 7m of gold.
Items lost: spectral ring of the reaper, icecrystal of the frozen flame, bracelet of souls, bracelet of titan, icecrystal band of the noble, fery axe of triumph, focus of the seer (for the following items, i don't remember exactly the name) : quiver of fire (lvl 150), chest plate bone for ranger (lvl 160), full white sunlit set, full white frostguard, full white hunter(no hat), white lanrik pant, 1spooky chest, thunder dragonstaff (500k).
My alts got deleted: charlesrogue, charlesmage, moneykeeper, charlestank, healercharles, eventcharles.
Someone can do anything?!

was it hacked or banned? and write an in game ticket with the info above and tellem when you think the hacking took place and ask em kindly to tell you weather the items were traded or mailed and as em to tell you who the items were traded or mailed to. MAKE SURE you make it as detailed as possible with all the info you can recall, dont spam support either. good luck homie

OMG why you put all your lost items and your alts character here? People can just copy your post and send to them for help.

Yah but otm may ask for a user or pass so the people trying to impersonate him won't got far

Hi.
There is no way to hack accounts, unless you tell someone your username and password.
If you believe that there has been someone one your account then please PM me here with your username, character names, level, class and world so I can find the account. Or send this information in a Support Ticket from your account.

Posting the items won't allow others to access to account: otm asks for plat purchases and character creation dates..
I don't think you were hacked, for I've seen similar glitches before: HealingTree awoke one morning to find everything on his characters removed/dropped. Quest gear, banks, etc. No one had been on his account.
I am sure OTM will be able to restore your characters.

There have been some very weird glitches I've logged on my acc and my head was missing... I got 66000 travels 100s of combos and over 30 golden quiv of bounty and tons of other items. I tried to nvm doe quiver but it all went away lol has this ever happened to any of u
