Hacked

Hi,
I got hacked, and i lost more than 2 MILLION worth in gold. I contacted the support but they did not respond. This happened about 3 mouths ago. I waited this long because i was waiting for support to respond. What do i do?

Messages sent from in game or by email are usually answered by the end of each week, so you will have recieved a response. If your problem hasn't been solved then please send in a new Support Ticket.

Do not give out your username and password and never will be scammed or hacked.

Hi, all Support Tickets that are sent to us are answered within 2-3 days. Tickets don't get left unanswered for a month.
Please PM your username, character names, levels, class and world and i'll check your account.

I actually waited way longer than that. I waited for 2 months, almost 3.
