I mailed some items from my main account to my alt account on the taranis server and never got them in the mail. The items were rose pink glenmore wig, turquoise glenmore boots. Semi rare turquoise glenmore hat, and a super knowing elixir.

My main character name is Mareena, and I mailed them to my alt named Ziila.

Also when I try to contact support through the support button in game, it keeps telling me to register my email. I already did.
