Okay, so I scammed. Yes I scammed and it was because it was tempting and I'm a noob and I didn't have gold but then I got disabled and now I can't get back on. I do feel bad and if I had the chance, I would return the items. I sent an appeal telling them that I was truly sorry and that I won't ever do it again and if they want to monitor me and watch me return the items they could and if I did it again they could IP ban me or device ban me but all they replied with was since the items are still on the account, it will not be enabled. I want my account back and I don't know what to do. I can't do anything about having the items there, I've asked them and they just won't. I really feel bad and I want to return them. Could anybody here help me in any way? Or do you guys have any ideas as to what I could do? I feel bad and yes I'm a scum for scamming in the first place, flame me all you want, I do feel bad and I want to return them but OTM won't give me a chance to do anything.

The thing is.. You scammed. When you scammed and send a ticket to OTM they have a choice to return account if they think that it wasn't a big deal or they can decline and don't return you account.

In this case you did something big. But if OTM said they won't return that means they will not return. The best thing to do is just start over. If not quit. But good luck,

Please avoid sending multiple messages it just slows down the process of being able to help you. Any messages about unbanning your account should be sent to Appeals, Support has no control over this.

Okay how about this, the account I want back, I scammed like 30k with it, that's it, but with another account that also got disabled is where I scammed quite a bit and basically they're charging this account with things I did with another account. Do you guys think if I clarified this to them, that I'd have a better shot at getting the account I want back?

1. You scammed
2. OTM choice to give it back or noh
3. If your account dosabled that means you won't svam again I hope.
4. Both accounts were disabled because OTM can see who you mailed and who you received mails from.

It's good that your account it disabled. It doesn't matter How much you scammed, who it was or what character it was on YOU still scammed them and the scams you did on the other account can be classified on whatever character you scam on even if it's a new one because it was YOU

You really should not be discussing the actions taken against your account on the forums as these may later be used as security questions regarding your account in question.
If the appeals team have decided not to return an account then that is usually their final decision and they should have explained the reasoning behind such actions.
