Lost Items, why no help still?

i lost an ancient phoenix glider and 35 combos, i dont know might have dropped but one day i was on they were there and the next gone

Darn when did this happen?
Send 1 in game support ticket on the missing items from the character it happened on. They will be about to look into it to see what happened.

[email protected].
Also please make sure to list the full name of any missing items so that we can find them.
