What does it mean for getting banned: breaking terms of service

Hi, if your account is banned or blocked and you would like to contest this decision please send the username, any character names and registered email addresses with the account by email to [email protected]

Please avoid sending multiple messages it just slows down the process of being able to help you.

Breaking Terms of Service means that you are breaking the rules of the game that you agree to when you create an account.

If your account is banned then please contact Appeals who will explain further.
