Celtic Heroes

Scrolled through purchased apps today and downloaded Celtic Heroes again to check in. The thing was, My account has been temporarily disabled. Seeing as it has been over a year since the last time I played, I was wondering if it is possible to get access to my account back.

The alert said I was banned for breaking terms of service but I don't recall doing such a thing. I deleted the app due to a lack of interest. Would the admins be able to tell me why it was banned? And does OTM believe in second chances?

I have emailed the given appeals OTM email account and have PM'ed the admins. How long should it take for them to get back to me?

Also, Do you guys think they will do anything about it?
It would suck to start fresh again.

OTM is trying to answer of the emails by friday if each week. If not PM Morgana she will help you

Just wanted to give props to admins. I went through 3 of them and have already received my account. They solved the problem quickly even though I went to the wrong person first.

Only suggestion, don't email them.

PMs work way faster because only a hand full of us have taken the time to create a forum acc.
