Not recieved in game currency

Hi I on the 7th of April purchased 4k platinum of which I am yet to recieve I twice contacted support via in game the first of which asked me to follow the ch websites try this to see if works of which none did.
I then contacted again via same method of which asked me for a receipt which I have now attained via Apple in my email,
Where do I send this receipt and or details within it such as order number etc so I can recieve platinum purchased ty
