Hello,

I have paid for 16k platinum(4 bundles of the 79,99£ and have only received half! I have been charged for each transaction and was only granted 2 bundles out of 4. I have asked in game using the support tool and was told to read the forum posts which did nothing. I am frankly fed up and £160 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. I hope something can finally be done about this.
