Hello OTM,
One day while i was playing i dont know why but i bought a golden quiver of fire, i wanted to get my money back for it and it took support THREE DAYS to respond to me, only to tell me that they cannot refund it.

If someone could please refund my quiver id appreciate it.

how long did you wait to send in a support ticket?

Normally you can get it refunded within the first 3 days of purchase but if they think and/or it looks like you bought it on purpose you might not get your money back

Support Tickets are generally answered within 2-3 days so 3 days isn't a massive ammount of time, Support is very busy at the moment.

If you sent your ticket within 3 days of buying the item then you should be able to get a refund.

I understand that support is busy at the moment but im still a little upset about the quiver. I did wait just one day to send in a ticket but i still should be able to get a refund right? So i was just wondering if anyone could either refund it for me or tell me why im not allowed to get a refund that would be great.

If you buy an item on accident you would obviously mail that minute to them. But if you bough item to use than refund that's other conversation.
