Bought plat and dont have it.

Is anyone having this problem? i had 54$ In my wallet and just bought a 49.99$ plat and now i have 1.01$ so it is bought, but i still have 0 plat, whats wrong? Im not rich -.- i can keep wasting money until it works...

i did had that problem then i logged into the game twice and and shut it down twice then restarted my phone and loaded back in and i got my platinum

Mail support with a copy of your purchase receipt you would have recieced from Apple within email also explaining your circumstances and your info such as, toon name, world.

I'm happy to say this has never happened to me, but I don't buy that often. All I can say is good luck and I hope OneThumbMobile will help you out.

Same thing happened to me. Waiting for support now since I tried all the other options on plat issues posting.

Sometimes there can be a delay and on rare occasions what you mention may happen if there is a blip with Internet etc.
Pop over your receipt to
[email protected] and we will take a look at what has gone wrong.

Additionally, any information you can give as to the steps you took would be useful such as what Internet type you use such as WiFi or mobile, so we can try to reproduce the scenario.

Hey ninin has support helped you I'm still waiting haven't gotten a single reply From otm and it's now 2 days since I bought the plat. When dealing with ppls money. I think you should be on the ball with customers. I'm beginning to get upset since this wasn't a $1 purchase but $100 I atleast expect some kind of response soon
