Hi i dropped like 2 months ago 50 combos by accident and i asked from otm to refunded them and they did, but they mailed to me as NOTRADE, and now ive used like 16 of em and i stopped Leveling my rogue. And i spended a mail to support a couple days ago but they dun respond anyways could you guys make it trade able i dont want to throw away 34 combos

I could see why they made them no trade, but it would be nice if they moved some to your alts and kept them no trade

please explain why you could see they made them no tradable. the OP droped tradable combos by mistake, he should recieve exactly what he droped back
or at least equal amount of plat to the combos value.
some ppl buying plat items to resell them or whatever reason they have, therefore no one can force them to use these items.
its like you will buy tradable lux, drop it by mistake and will recieve it BOE.
sorry, but i cant see any logic in that.

Support will take a look into this.
