Where is my gold from refunded item?

I sent a ticket to get a refund on the bracelet of valour for 500k, got a notice the next day that it was refunded and to check my mail but there wasnt any gold im my mail. Not only that but the Bracelet is gone.

Just to double check did you get any mail at all? Or did you get a mail but there was no gold in it?
Just want to be sure the mail didn't go missing but it looks like is might not have been sent.
Gold should be in your mailbox now.
