iCloud and nativex

Hi,
So a few days ago i tried to do one of the free plat offers. When I accessed the nativex and the other one (i had tried both) I clicked on the cooking dash one as i belive that was its name. I had had the game once before so it was on my icloud. The free plat said for me to download and launch. I clicked on it and after it had downloaded, i launched the game and played lvl 2 as this was where i had left off before. and after this i went back to CH to see if i had gotten my plat. I hadnt. so i checked the offers and it was still there. I deleted the game and repeated the process only this time i deleted my old data. The same thing happened again so i abandoned the attempt after trying at least 4 time. I think since i had icloud it interfered. I did what yall suggested also as i shut down my device all the way. Is this a bug or just my icloud interfering. I do have many games from other apps and their free special currency deals that i have downloaded before. I want to make sure this wont limit me from the deals.

I am not 100% sure on this one. If you have taken an offer before and then take it again while it is still present on your device anywhere then it might not complete the offer as it has been done already.

Best bet to check is the 'Need help?' or 'Missing Plat?' links at the bottom of the offers pages and send a ticket to see if the NativeX are able to clarify the problem or deliver the plat if you should have got it.

I did the "missing plat?" And sent a ticket to Supersonic ads. They said it will take 24-48 hours but has been over 72 hours now...

Ticket them again. I have been through their support before previously and it took until the 2nd ticket until they fixed it. Admittedly it was fixed within minutes of sending the 2nd ticket so it might just have been an oversight on their part.
