I still don't not have the plat I have purchased I haven't received a single email from otm please help me out here guys

Join the club bro....I feel the pain, I bought 100$ worth and one 10$ purchase. I only got my 10$ bundle. Something is wrong here :| I'm currently trying to get my problem fixed.

Hi Guys,
Been checking what is happening with Support regarding the Platinum issues.
There are working on it and will get to you as soon as possible we have been very busy on the support side of things recently and checking payments can be pretty time consuming.
If you haven't already please send in your receipts to support as this will help speed up the process.
