0 lag doesnt excist, if your wifi is bad and stuff like that you will have lag doesnt matter which device you got. And it is playable on s5 s6

Specification wise, the S5 and S6 will have no problems running the game. Any lag experienced on these devices would generally be related to the type and strength of connection you use (as thijsdeF stated!)
