I can buy 1$ of play and all will be fine. I try to buy 100$ of play and it says "Can't connect to iTunes store" anyone know of a way to fix this

Happened to me a while back. I logged out of my iTunes account and restarted device then logged in.
You try connection on a computer to see if works? Also sure your device is updated? I haven't seen a complaint on iTunes log in a long while. If there are several then it would be an apple issue.

And yes I upgraded my iPhone to 8.3 and it's still tripping

Have you tried signing out of your account and then attempting to make the purchase?

That should then prompt you to log-in to your Apple ID and then that should hopefully solve the issue.

Step 1 Click US twice if in USA
Step 2 Then connecting and downloading.
Step 3 Then connecting to itunes with device, computer, TV etc. You can speak with someone from tech support from there free.

Didn't work and I sent the message, today I went out bought a 100$ iTunes apple plus the money on the credit apple and it still doesn't *** work. I'm getting fed up
