Hi. I have been waitin for almost 8 weeks to hear from support on my account where i wanted two characters restored. Ive sent 2-3 support tickets and even mailed Morgana. Ive still have not gotten a response from either my tickets or Morgana. Ive waited 1 week since ive pmed Morgana and still have not recieved a response so ive decided to post here. I wanted 2 of my characters on my acc. xLilyx. Personally OTM doesnt have to restore xLilyx becuz ik i wont play on her. But i do want Katra returned becuz i would like to play on her. So why has OTM not responded. According to the other posts alot of people have had to wait long periods of time. But why? I would like a response soon. I know OTM is busy but having to wait 8 weeks for support tickets to be answered and 1 week of no response from Morgana is just fustrating.
