Celtic Heroes

So I had contacted support regarding a forgotten password (I don't yet have an e-mail associated with my account). After many questions answered, they finally e-mailed me a new password. However, when I tried the username and password combo they gave me, it wouldn't log me in. I emailed them back days ago but still no reply. Am I doing something wrong or is it a case of they didn't really reset my password like they said they did. Any ideas?
