I bought 100$ of plat and didn't receive any of it , so when the bill came I disputed the charge and got a email from the apple company saying I will be getting my money back, so I was going to try again to buy the 100$ of plat , only to see a message saying my Apple ID has been disabled. How did this happen and how do I fix it because it's OneThumbMobile's fault not mines!!!!

You will need to contact Apple support to handle this one https://www.apple.com/support/contact/. OTM doesn't have any say in what happens with an Apple ID.

At a guess, I believe that Apple showed on their side that the transaction went through, even though you didn't get your platinum. By disputing the charge they see it as you getting something and not paying for it, because they think that you got the platinum. What you should have done after not receiving the platinum is to contact Apple support, and they could have reversed the charge on your account.

It's not onethumbmobile's fault at all. It is Apple who controls your Apple ID.
