It has been over a month since i purchased 4000 plat and have not recieved it. NONE of the platinum fix options work and on my apple purchase history the payment was succesful. So why is it taking so long for me to get my platinum?? I have played this game since september 2011 and spent thousands of dollars enjoying a good ole mmo with my friends. I would love to continue to play this game and would still spend more money, however this issue needs to be fixed before i do so. I am not content with the fact that at this moment, One Thumb Mobile has stolen from me. Until i get my platinum it will remain as such. Also, unless i get a reply in a timely manner here, in game mail, or email, about what is going on and a reason why platinum has not been added to my account, then i will have no choice but to turn this into a legal matter. Good day otm support. i expect your reply soon.

It isn't really nice to threaten imo. Other than that I agree that they should fix this, it is happening more fequently.

How long until my momey is returned or my platinum is added to my account? i would like to know a date because i will not wait another month for something that should have been here the day i made the purchase.

It isn't really nice to threaten imo. Other than that I agree that they should fix this, it is happening more fequently.
Its his right to say what he is willing to do.
