If you sent them a ticket in game then all you can do is wait for them to read your ticket and search through the logs to verify whatever you're saying. OTM doesn't work weekends so don't expect an answer until monday at the very least, just be patient.

Appeals account is not only used for Disabled accounts. Appeals is an issues with account. And they are people who work on people accounts and they full access to all players data and more stuff.
