I don't know if my acc was hacked but I got a new phone downloaded the app and logged on my account and all my chars and stuff were gone. I need to know the steps to get it all back because I put to much time and money into this account that I will not start a new one. Please and thank you!

I may be wrong but hasn't otm said multiple times that the only way to be "hacked" is if you give your username/password away?

Well It's a mystery to me because I have talked to no one at all about my account name or password.

So I don't know if it's because I'm on a dif phone or I deleted the app. Idk what. When I log on to my account everything is gone.

Yh theyve banned accounts involved in scamming but wont return the items. Its like convicting a thief and letting him keep the items. Keep up the good work otm

That's messed up. I had no prior "scamming" attempts. If anything I helped the community by giving some of the extra items I got from chests.

If you're sure that you're using the correct log in details please make sure that you are connecting to the correct server. Sometimes when you change devices the game will not log you into the same server if you haven't played on the device before.

Like dexxa says, it sometimes logs you in on another server.

But since you've been playing for a while this might be unlikely and you would probably have figured.

Your new device is it the sAme type as the old one? Or did you buy an android?
Android and ios don't have the same servers.
