Free plat offers

I've done 3 plat offers and got the apps, played it/ completed the tutorial but I did not receive any platnum. Do the offers work? Maybe I have to wait a couple hours or something (it's been a few).

Use the support option within rhe free plat program

Sometimes it dosnet have a popup.
Go to the stats page and see how much u have
