Hi there. I been playing in celtic quite a while now but suddenly i got ban say suspicipus activity. I email support but i got no reply but instead from securite.onethumbmobile. my questions is securite ask my password which i give, is securite part of support? And i never scam ppl or this game. I been regular plat buyer too:( just sad this happen. Ty.

No, it is not real. I have reason to believe it is a player on Lirs server on Android, who says he can hack and ban people. I cant say his name for naming and shaming purposes -_-

To adm...but how come securite know my email? I did email support in attach my reply from securite. So i need to go faster than securite for my ban period over before he get to my account first?? Please tell me how to prevent he go faster than me which is tomorrow my ban period.ty again

Otm staff does not have bad grammar like "securite" or "onethummobile." Then at the bottom it says security instead of the usual securite. Based on this screenshot and the bad grammar, I know for sure this is a trick.

Omg....i just realize it. Thank you to support, i get my account back. But i still want to know what i do to make suspicious so i will not do it again in future. And now i know, even celtic don't ask password. Dumb me:( ty again.
