To celtics...please help me. I cannot play my char because it say i been hacked or traded. What is that means and why indefinite time too? I was unban on june 30 and ban again in same day, is this real? Can u give me a solution for my problem. Or change my username if someone try to hack to my account. This just seem unreal to me. I just want play this game and have fun. I play between my two accounts which i trade my items and try level it together because my resources is limited. What did i do wrong again? Please help me.

Are the accounts you're using created by you? Or did somebody else give you this account. The reason I ask is because my friend was lended an account and a few weeks later after transferring a number of items between the account he was given, and his own account he was banned from the given account. The reason?

The account wasn't his and supposedly OTM may have saw it as being suspicious (the items traded were expensive luxury items to my own understanding).

So if one or more of the accounts isn't exactly yours, this may be the reason.

My fault was i liked(past tense) someone in game and he use my info to ban me. Twice now. Can he do that? He been bragging he done the ban to my account but i know he doesn't know my password cause the account register to my email. The celtics should be able to tell the real owner of the account from the email. If my char not high level, i can create another one without a wink. I put too much hours and money in this account to be ban from someone that want take revenge on me for not accepting him back. Admn of celtics ... please help me.

If someone else knew the credentials to your account there's a high chance this may be the reason to your being banned.

I am not sure if OTM will do anything if you willingly gave this person the information to your account.

This sounds to me like you didn't create the account but acquired it from another player.

Ok, the first sentence tells me that the account does not originally belong you but was shared which is against TOS. They are not called celtics, it is OTM (onethumbmobile). Also you never and I mean never give your info out. So be honest, did you create that account or did someone give it to you?

I know my fault. But i am not asking items being stolen or lost, all i ask is i want my account back so i can play again. I can verify how i been paying my platinum the methods of payment that only i know. Help please.

Well a lot people do lie for this thing, I have seen it. Also buying plat does not mean you are an exception from banning. Also it's better to e-mail otm than posting here.
