How does it take OTM to give you plat if you bought 4k worth and never received it??

I bought it at the start of the sale and never got it. I sent them my proof of purchase receipt very soon after and I expected a quick response. I only bought because of the sale.

Anyone have an idea how long it takes to resolve these issues? Do they give a refund if I get it after the sale?

Samething happen to me! Exactly the same words you said happen to me.i didnt get my 4k plat also. Hopefully i get it before the sale ends....seriously!

How long ago did you make the purchase and send a ticket? Atm I think it's 3-4 am where they live so likely they haven't seen your message yet

Hey, unless apple puts your purchase through, you won't get the plat until Monday at the earliest. The sale ends on Tuesday so you should still have time to buy the chests.

Even if they send you your plat after the sale is over, I am sure they will give the chests at the current discounted price, as long as your reciept shows that you bought the plat during the sale.

To recieve platinum , which hasn't been recieved you must contact support directly, which I believe you have done so.

 Here's how to greater your chances of a response:
- Delete all your numerous tickets and stick with one, multiple tickets will prolong a response
- implement coherant evidence in the ticket that the offer was completed, such as images
