Still havent got my 4k plat.

i have bought the 4k platinum on friday, but i still haven't got my platinum on my character. I wanted to buy the chests because they are on sale, ive already sent a ticket but i havent got a reply.:/ i have been waiting patiently, and logged in everyday hoping id get my plat. And Now the sale is over.. ive tried all the steps you gave me, but nothig has worked..

Its been 4 days that i had sent the ticket,do i send another one hoping they reply this time?

Please be patient. Our Support Team answers messages as quickly as they can, however are not in the office over the weekend so unforunately there can occasionally be delays.

No-one will ever miss a sale due to a platinum issue. We will be able to check the dates and provide the chests at the sale price.

Seems to be a bigger prob
Tomorrow will be a week
Funny is that, mailed all receips same moment when i got them (friday)
Tuesday i got an ingame message - we are sorry blabla, please send receips to
us
So please dont bother, ik you are very busy, wathever you doin there

Hello,
To recieve platinum , which hasn't been recieved you must contact support directly, which I believe you have done so.

 Here's how to greater your chances of a response:
- Delete all your numerous tickets and stick with one, multiple tickets will prolong a response
- implement coherant evidence in the ticket that the offer was completed, such as images
