Very disappointed..

Its already going to be july 22 and i still have not recieved my 4000 platinum that i bought on july 10....I have tried everything , i have not even got a respond from them..it is VERY frustrating... Poor customer service...

i have got some replys...
but i did that mistake that after first purchage when i got no plat, i made second one and got plat
sent recieps to otm but...
ingame support message was like , yeah we see that you got 4k plat so shut up
and on my email they sent mail where asked detailed info about my toon
seems like when you use ingame support mail sending or send mail from your mailbox, those emails goin to different
mailboxes
or they dont have search option in theyr mailbox :/
or there workin just ppl with one finger

I am also in the same situation. I sent them an in game support ticket on the 10th, about 3 days went by and no response, so I sent another ticket, this one quite nasty saying how disapointed I was. The next day I got an in game message saying to email details to them. So I did, and I explained what happened. They reply to my email telling me to send them details (which makes me wonder if they read my first email because I coppied and pasted half of it)...username, ign, lvl, world, receipt, etc. So I did....It has been nearly two weeks and I have recieved ONE email from them.....this is EXTREMELY ridiculous otm....I am a paying customer and you have not valued that in the least. Like everyone else who bought plat on the 10th, it was for the deal. Now the deal is over. I know otm says that we wont be denied the deal because of plat issues but my question is if it gonna be a one time thing and go away after we purchase our first chest bundle, or if we will also be granted the three or so days everyone else got.

Otm has made me consider ever purchasing plat ever again with this lack of interest in thier customers.

Fix this ASAP. I'm tired of waiting for my plat ive already bought.

Just resend your emails to [email protected] In the email provide your receipt (take a picture if you need to), username, character names, world, levels, etc etc.
You could try these, this is for people who are experiencing platinum issues:

Fully power down your device. That is, do not just lock the device or put it into sleep mode, but instead fully switch it off.
Turn the device back on.
Launch the Celtic Heroes app.

The second option is to:

Connect to a different WiFi network than the one you normally connect to.
Launch the Celtic Heroes app.

The third option is to:

Try running another game which has in-app purchases.
Relaunch Celtic Heroes.

The fourth option, and one that should only be used as a last resort, is to:

Go to the Settings section of your device.
Select Store.
Tap where it says Apple ID, and select Sign Out.
Doing this will prevent the game from checkin the iTunes store when you log-in.

i got an answer today from otm
and quess!
they wanna my apple receipts
again!

its not hard, i can send emails
i can even use mailbox search option and find them in sec
and i can forward them to otm support

if they ask it after week again, i delete this app from my device, thats not reasonable to spend money for that kind of idiots

Today I logged in to see I have received my 4k plat. The odd thing was, I was not ever notified of receiving it. They never sent me an email or a in game popup saying my plat has arrived.

Also id like to note, I am not able to get the deal that was offered that weekend, I checked the item store and special offers, and prices on chests were normal....otm promised we wouldnt miss the deal so if that could be fixed id be grateful.....

Best of luck to those still missing plat.

No offense, but if 2 weeks passed, it doesn't mean you tried everything and besides other people may need help.
