Save my chickens plz otm;-;

I emailed support to have my account email reset cuz I set it to something else a few weeks ago and now can't recall the email I set it to e.e(yesh I'm that forgetful) it's been a while and I haven't gotten my email manually set on my android account. I have screenshots I took in my mail of a ingame mail I got, which proves that the email I'm trying to set my account to used to be the email I set on my account before I changed it. If an admin can please pm me I can send the screenshot and other evidence e.e my chickens are stuck on the account and I NEED to save them as they desperately miss me and I miss them D: please help the legacy of my chickens continue otm;_;!
