Celtic Heroes

While on work WIFI, Celtic Heroes crashes like nobody's business...Sometimes I can be on for 10 minutes, sometimes it wont even let me log.

The crazy thing is, I can log and stay on games such as Heroes of Order and Chaos and Order and Chaos just fine with no dropping whatsoever. I'm not sure what is going on with CH servers as opposed to the other two games.

Any idea of what I could do to improve the WIFI dropping? My WIFI bars also show perfectly fine connectivity... just not with CH.

That may not be down to your connection but the device you are using. Some of the older generation devices have decreased performance due to their age and the amount of content in Celtic Heroes.

The good news is we are looking into improving performance on older devices

Doesn't work on iPad 2 or iPhone 5S. No connection issues anywhere else... Usually CH has been lag free while both of those other games I lag more... Yet at work it's the exact opposite.

At work could it potentially have port or firewall issues? It may be due to the WiFi signals you are getting there (Lots of data pushed between client and server)

and whats the answer for this! i wasted alot of combos because of this and i can hardly play anymore because of crash.. starting to dislike CH because of this!

Different people can have different problems

What device are you using? Where are you connecting? Do you have stuff running in background?

Sometimes all a phone needs is a good factory wipe back to default as lots of stuff can impact a phone.

With an iPad 2 you should not be having issues, is it a constant lag you have or just crashes? Where does it crash to? Do you get the WiFi indicator then it crashes?

i wish it was only lag but its not whenever i go to carrow to lix or do bounties in any other place in CH it keeps logging me out then finally back in after 15-20 mins after my lix is wasted! and my internet works fine with other app this problem only appered after the update :/
