Basically when my friend crates an a account she had to active her email address but the email never gets sent to her E-mail address

Hey UpDown
Sometimes it gets sent to the Spam folder by accident
Tell your friend to check their Junk/Spam folder as that is where it can sometimes end up

Try resending. Sometimes emails don't go through.
