All classes appear to be in the same outfit

Hi there. I have a strange issue with the game. All rouges, mages, Druids, warriors, archers are looking the same as they were at lvl 1. I cannot tell what weapon they got, what fashion they are wearing. Why is that happening? It is really annoying me now please help.

turn off default characters

Yeah sounds like your device has turned on Default Characters, might be due to the specs of your device forcing it on.
It should help your games performance at the cost of visuals I'm afraid.
