Disconnection

Lately ive been getting disconnected so often it makes gameplay unbearable. This has been going on for awhile but it has taken me until now, when I got disconnected not once, but twice on skain legit. This is a serious issue because I was tanking both skain, and all three adds, so when I get booted, it all goes haywire.
I will start by saying I own an iPhone 4s and an ipod 6, the disconnection issue happens only on the ipod 6. Ive been dual logging before and I get disconnected from the ipod 6 while the iphone 4s is still running strong. I am on the same wifi connection for both. Sometimes I will get the wifi indicator and ill look at my connection and I have full network, so it obviously cannot be my connection. When I get disconnected, it takes me to the main screen and says connection lost, you have been disconnected from server. I dont understand how I get disconnected when I have full bars. I have a clannie that this happens to as well, only on one device while the other is fine. Most the time it happens to us both at the same time! I hope you can help me figure this out because its extremely annoying, I am losing my clans trust with each of these disconnections.
