I forgot my pasword and the email that I use and I don't know what to do :/

If you send support a ticket via another account, there is a possibility to recover it. I myself did this before and have since recovered the account

tbh if u do this u dont deserve the account back ._. forgetting ur password is fine, but forgetting the email, smh.

just try ur different email accounts, unless u forgot the email name
