Celtic Heroes

I havent played Celtic Heroes in years, and I decided to re-download it yesterday. I noticed that when I logged in, all of my characters and items were gone. I have invested around $60-$70 in the game, and I'm a little flustered that all of this money is potentially gone. I looked up how to use support to get deleted characters, but it said I needed to register my email, which I couldn't do because the email sent me an IP to a dead server to activate. I had 3 characters total, LordMucaus(Warrior), DuhWinning(Druid), and another whose name I cant remember(Warrior). I would love to get these characters back, or even compensated for my loss in any way possible, whether it be gold or items I don't care. I would want to point out that I am a veteran, and a patron for this game. I would be really disappointed if no action was taken. :/

Try to include Character names, usernames, items, plat purchases etc
