Where is the next merchant after Angus Maclir. Yeah i know I'm a noob. 
Been awhile since I've been there so if any hero knows better feel free to say

Pretty sure it is the armour in Shalemont Ravine, the Ancient Armour.

There are weapon/armor shops in Highshore, the Tavern, and Dustwither before the Shalemont shops. But that stuff isn't worth it, so basically the next shop of interest would be Shalemont.
