Why am I not receiving help???

I emailed support a month ago about 3 characters that were deleted due to inactivity, and I have yet to hear any response. I've put about 60-70 bucks in this game, and I didn't pay that just to start over from nothing. I really want to get back into this game, but I need my characters back first. Character names are LordMucaus DuhWinning and AmerikaFkYea* (Might be spelled differently). The last time I played was a month after the pirates and sewer were introduced, and that was a really long time ago. I need more information than just "email support and they might get around to doing anything helpful at some point" Thank you in advance.

Hi Hero,
Support emails have been completed a few times now so it's strange you have yet to receive a response, Support may have asked you for more details on your character and are still waiting for a reply?
We require quite a lot of detail when returning accounts to prevent the account being sent to the wrong person, they may just be waiting for more details.
Maybe send a new email with all the character details you can give, username, characters on account, plat purchases, banked items etc and I will look into it tomorrow with the Support Team.

I resent the email, but I was just wondering, since I am switching from iOS to android, do I lose all characters that where played on while using iOS?

Also, isn't there a record for accounts? My account has been sitting idle for almost 5 years now, and nothing on it should have changed. If there was a log, all that would be needed is the profiles username in order to see what characters that account has had. It may not work like this, and there may not be a log that old, but I'm just wondering why I would need more information other than the account name and password. I put in the 3 character's names, the username, and the rough estimate of what their levels should be, but when it comes to the items they had, I'm not exactly sure. Since it has been over 4 years since I last played one would assume I wouldn't have the exact contents of my inventory memorized to a T, but there has to be SOMETHING that could be done.

ur in ask for help android saying that ur acc has been idle for 5 years. the game in ios hasnt even been out for 5 years.
also ur acc wont get deleted for innactivity, ur just trying to get a free acc cause u to lazy to level ur own

Afraid characters do not transfer across servers, any progression you made on iOS stays on iOS.

If you have the username and password you should be able to login, we don't delete accounts due to in activity.
Are you sure you have the details correct?
