celtic heroes support staff

It has been several days and countless tickets later. The problem I had was I opened 4 chests and received nothing from them and lagged out. I t said chest was opened and got nothing please help.

OTM does not work over weekends. Also it will take a few days for them to respond so I would say they shall respond last as Tuesday

Hey Hero,

We do not work weekends (Usually on the forums though ;) )

Support team will be going through tickets tomorrow.

The server should prevent issues such as these, it is possible the items went straight to your inventory.

The Support team will look into your issue tomorrow :)

Its been 10 days since i ask for a refund for my item i have bought. I messaged support on the day it happen and still no reply.
