The player has no level and is offline, clearly see him moving through castle.

Its because you blocked them, unblock them and their level and online status will return to normal.

I was wondering the same thing till I clicked it and found out it said "unblock" and when I unblocked it level and status returned

How do you know its only two? There isn't a block list is there? They might not have logged on.
