Monster robber

I'm there doing my mission, killing the monster and some guy appears and give one hit and then it doesn't count for me. How do I solve this ?

Group up with some allies and do the quest:3

Theres a lock system.
I have no idea how it works but i know that if your mob is stolen-its stolen.
Tis annoying when people do that, but you get used to it.

Some will also group with you and regroup after you help with the ad ons and steal the boss.
