Is it normal or a bug

Im a ranger using yule 2015 lv50 bow and when i try to hit enemy from distance my character running closer to enemy and will hit face to face
it should be hitting on range

otm hates Rangers so will probably try to pretend it was a glitch and only fix it a little

Should be fixed next restart
Had an issue where the range on the item was for some reason set to 0
