Forgot Username

Ok so today I mailed 250k to one of my accounts. Then I trying to reset password to get access to my account but for some reason it says username or email is wrong! Need help asap!
Contact otm with as much information that you remember about that specific account at [email protected].
Tell them as much information you can. Character names on the accounts, like the levels, classes/ worlds. Perhaps the date of the account made around. Maybe last date that you remember being logged in. Platinum purchases, descriptions of items perhaps on banker or character. Any information like names of slot characters next to main. Things like that will be helpful.
